Jordi wants to achieve the best possible result, and through his up-to-date knowledge and working method, he realizes that too. This also pays off for the long term. The change in working methods and hospitality is now the standard in these cinemas”. The West European examples Jordi showed as best practices were so inspiring that Chaplin Cinemas has now opened a fifth movie theater with a self-service catering concept.
