“Jordi listens, observes, and forms an opinion. That was his method with us as well. He first studied the plans for the museum and incorporated that style into the concept for the catering segment. Yet, he also considered very practical and significant matters. Like what is the target group, and what do they expect from a restaurant in a museum? What are logical walking directions, and what lines of sight should we use? He incorporated all these details into the hospitality concept so that it is now completely tailored to the museum. What you feel and experience in the museum, you also experience in our restaurant”. For this project, Jordi worked together with Minne and the project manager, who designed the renovated museum. Minne: “We are very happy to have met Jordi. It was a pleasure to work together as he acted strictly and negotiated well for us. He settled everything very well for all of us.”
