Newest cinema to be opened 2021 in Lelystad, The Netherlands

An excellent, promising development to which I have proudly contributed. the development of a new cinema in Lelystad. Feasibility study for the development of a new cinema in Lelystad. In 2017, working under the name Jordi Wientjes Solutions BV, I was already asked to make a feasibility study for the development of a new cinema in Lelystad. The outcome results endorsed the potential!

At the request of Focus Urban Development, starting in 2018, I elaborated this plan further under the name W-Solutions. Among others, I worked out the market conditions and provided insight into which parties in the Dutch cinema market would qualify for this city. Directly after, we held joint discussions and negotiations to obtain an agreement in finding the best operator for this location. The cinema is also part of a larger project that also includes homes and other commercial spaces.

We are proud to announce that, with the arrival of the Kok family from Harderwijk to Lelystad, we have found a rock-solid operator. Since 2016, they have been operating their KOK Experience in Harderwijk with passion! The experience includes a cinema, restaurant, laser game, playground and an escape room. A downright family business, where hospitality and quality go hand in hand.
